4th to 23rd July Darwin...Howard Springs

We have finally arrived at Darwin...We are actually staying in a Caravan Park about 23 kms outside of Darwin called Howard Springs...We have 3 weeks here... during that time I am flying home to Sydney for 5 days from the 17th - 21st July.. to follow up with some Doctor's appointments..

During our stay here Lois and Michael have a relative staying with them Michael's sister -in -law Marie

6th July

We went for a drive into Darwin which is about 25 kms from the park, and had a walk around...then we went for a drive around the harbour...

Saw an awesome kingfisher bird in the park..

While driving around the area I was fascinated by the unusual palms in the area...
